How to pair Retro Touch touch on/off switches
When pairing our Touch On/Off switches in a 2-way or
intermediate circuit, a gang on the slave can only pair with the Master gang in
the same position. I.e., L1 on the Master can only pair with L1 on slave(s) and
not the L2 or L3.
Please note: In the diagram below, the 3 different coloured and bolder lines, do not represent Wiring! They are showing the pairing connections between the switches.
Orange illustrates
the switch live in L1 on the Master switch (on the Left) can
only be paired to other L1 ports on the other switches.
Purple illustrates the switch live in L2
on the Master switch (on the Left) can only be paired to other
L2 ports on the other switches.
Gold illustrates
the switch live in L3 on the Master switch (on the Right) can
only be paired to other L3 ports on the other switches.
