Should you receive an item that is missing OR does not match the description of the ordered products then you should contact us on within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Contact us via telephone/ Online Chat/ email before sending any goods back, as a form must be completed prior to shipping the items back to us.


NOTE: Please send product/s by Royal mail Signed for recorded post, as proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held liable for products lost in the post.
