Shipment item is missing or incorrect -What should I do?

Should you receive an item that does not match the description of the ordered products or is missing then you should contact us on within 48 hours of receiving the order.


We can then contact our courier to get weight checks and check our dispatch team for photos of your order, to make sure, there may be a simple reason explanation why...
