The touch doesn’t work. (What to do every time after you remove/attach the faceplate)

Attention: Before you commence any electrical work, please be sure to turn off the power supply or consult a qualified electrician to seek further advise.


If the touch feature doesn’t work correctly it may be that the face plate hasn't been re calibrated.


In fact, every time the face plate is removed it needs to re-calibrate. In order to ensure this happens, we suggest you both remove and attach the face plate with the Mains Power turned off.


Another way is to Restart the device from the device setting on the app after you attach the faceplate.
